====== Install Windows Server 2012 R2 ======
  - After the initial install is finished and the server reboots, wait for the "Server Manager" to open:
    * Click Local Server
    * Change Windows Update to "Turn on automatic updates"
    * Install any updates found.
    * Set the Correct TimeZone.
    * Enable Remote Desktop
    * Configure the Static Network IPv4 and/or IPv6 addresses
    * Change the Computer Name and Join the Domain.
    * Reboot
