Disable IPv6 On Windows

Make the following a registry file and then open or directly modify the registry. 

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\TCPIP6\Parameters]
"DisabledComponents"=dword:000000FF

After this change, the computer must be rebooted. I've also used this on Windows 2008 R2 as well without issues.
